DESCRIPTION:[DE] Es ist wieder soweit! Ein neues Semester bricht an und auch dieses Mal möchten wir zur Feier in großer Runde mit euch zusammenkommen. Egal ob Ersti oder schon im 10. Fachsemester\, jede*r ist hier willkommen! \nWir freuen uns also\, euch im AStA-Container auf ein Glas Sekt oder ein alkoholfreies Getränk einzuladen. Nach dem Anstoßen und einer Vorstellung des Programms für die kommenden Monate verbringen wir gemeinsam den Abend mit Musik\, Snacks und viel Raum für gegenseitiges Kennenlernen und Gespräche. Während des Empfangs dürft ihr euch gerne unsere Räumlichkeiten anschauen\, aber euch auch im Außenbereich aufhalten. Vor dem AStA werden ein Pavillon und Tische aufgebaut sein. Der Container selbst ist im Erdgeschoss barrierefrei einschließlich einer Toilette. \nHier nochmal alles auf einen Blick zusammengefasst:\nDonnerstag\, den 23.04.2026 ab 19:00 Uhr am und im AStA-Container (Endenicher Allee 19). Wir befinden uns direkt hinter der CAMPO Mensa. \n\n[EN] A new semester is approaching\, and once again we’d like to get together with all of you to celebrate. No matter whether you’re a first-year student or already in your 10th semester\, everyone is welcome! \nWe’re excited to invite you to the AStA container for a glass of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic beverage. After a toast and a presentation of our plans for the coming months\, we’ll spend the evening together with music\, snacks\, and plenty of time to get to know each other and chat. Feel free to checkt out space\, but you’re also possible to spend time in the outdoor area. A pavilion and tables will be set up in front of the AStA. The container itself is wheelchair accessible for the first floor including a toilet. \nEverything at a glance:\nThursday\, April 23\, 2026 from 19:00 on and in the AStA container (Endenicher Allee 19). Für die gemeinsame Anreise aus Bonn treffen wir uns um 10:50 Uhr am Gleis 1 des Bonner Hauptbahnhofs.\nDie Eintritts- und Führungskosten werden von uns übernommen. Meldet euch dafür und zur Planung bitte bis zum 31.12. per DM oder Mail beim Referat an. \nIm Anschluss an den Museumsbesuch lassen wir den Nachmittag mit Getränken und Snacks im AStA Düsseldorf ausklingen und bieten auch die Möglichkeit der Vernetzung mit anderen queeren Studis. \n\n[EN] We are visiting the „Queer Modernism. 1900 to 1950“ exhibition at K20 in Düsseldorf together!\nThe tour starts at 1 p.m. To travel togethr from Bonn we will meet at 10:50 a.m. on platform 1 at the Bonn Central Station.\nWe will cover the admission and tour costs. Ihre Texte widmet sie den Menschen\, die sie berühren: den Butches und Fems der New Yorker Barkultur\, ihrer Mutter\, ihren Genoss*innen\, Freund*innen und Geliebten. In Essays berichtet sie von ihren politischen Kämpfen seit den 1950ern – ob an der Seite der Bürgerrechtsbewegung und Gewerkschaften oder in lesbisch-feministischen Bündnissen. Ihre Sex-Storys spielen mit den Dimensionen von Geschlecht\, Lust und Macht. Liebevoll und kämpferisch zeigt Joan Nestle\, welche Kraft queeres Begehren hat\, wo Widerstand gefordert ist und wie wichtig Gemeinschaft ist. \n25 Texte aus Nestles vergriffenen Kultbüchern »A Restricted Country« (1987) und »A Fragile Union« (1998) wurden für vorgestellte Ausgabe neu übersetzt und erscheinen erstmals gesammelt auf Deutsch. Die Lesung in Bonn legt dabei einen Schwerpunkt auf Joan Nestles Einsatz für ein inklusives\, lesbisch-feministisches Geschichtsbewusstsein sowie das lesbische Begehren in ihren – von anderen Feminist*innen der Zeit kontrovers diskutierten – Sex-Storys\, die sie erotic memoirs nennt. \nVor Ort dabei ist Ãœbersetzer*in Desz Debreceni. Dey studierte Anglistik und Literaturübersetzen in Utrecht\, Münster und Düsseldorf und übersetzt und lektoriert Prosa und Lyrik aus dem Englischen. Kämpferische queere Geschichten und Geschichte liest und übersetzt dey am liebsten.

SUMMARY:Themenabend: Queerer Style - Zwischen Camp und Konsumismus
DESCRIPTION:Lesben wird traditionell Geschmacklosigkeit und bloßer Pragmatismus\, Schwulen hingegen Eitelkeit und übertriebene Manieriertheit unterstellt – und der patriarchal-heteronormative Blick ordnet in der Regel zwangsweise in eine dieser Kategorien ein. Eine solche geschlechtliche Nonkonformität auf der Ebene des Aussehens bzw. Auftretens ist dabei häufig das Einfallstor für Vorwürfe der moralischen Verfehlung und soziale Sanktionierung. Entgegen der Annahme\, es gäbe eine »richtige« oder »natürliche« Geschlechterrolle\, beziehen sich queere Ästhetiken jedoch in einer Aneignung des Stigmas häufig positiv auf das Aufgesetzte oder Künstliche\, um die vermeintliche Natur als Kultur auszustellen und zu unterlaufen – spätestens seit den 1960er Jahren\, im Nachgang von Susan Sontags Notes on Camp\, auch reflektiert oder programmatisch. Nicht immer war oder ist »queerer Style« jedoch ein visuelles Spektakel. Historisch bestand eine Notwendigkeit für subtilere Codes und auch angesichts eines gesellschaftlichen Rechtsrucks treten Fragen nach Sicherheit trotz Sichtbarkeit wieder in den Vordergrund. Wir möchten uns mit euch daher unter anderem fragen: Welche Funktion erfüllen subkulturelle Erkennungszeichen für uns heute? Wie bilden wir einen »queeren Style« überhaupt aus – und welche Rolle spielt dabei Digitalität? Und nicht zuletzt auch selbstkritisch: Inwieweit haben Marker identitärer Zugehörigkeit eine Warenform angenommen und sollten in einer Kritik an Konsumismus auch hinterfragt werden? \nIm Anschluss an einen kurzen\, von uns vorbereiteten Input aus konzeptuellen Grundlagen\, historischen Beispielen und aktuelleren soziologischen Befunden liegt der Fokus des Abends auf dem Austausch und der Diskussion. Weitere Fragen\, die ihr in einer Pause nach dem Input einreichen könnt\, bündeln wir und begleiten euch dann als Moderation durch den Abend. \nDer Themenabend wird auf Deutsch stattfinden. \n\nThis event will be held in German.

SUMMARY:Herbstwanderung / Autumn Hike
DESCRIPTION:[DE] Schnürt eurer festes Schuhwerk und schnappt eure Rucksäcke\, denn am Sonntag\, den 2. November ist es wieder Zeit\, queerfeldein das nahe Umland zu erkunden! Diesmal bahnen wir uns einen Weg durch die (hoffentlich) herbstlich goldenen Wälder des Siebengebirges. Ein Bus bringt uns bis zur Margarethenhöhe\, von dort umrunden wir zunächst den Ölberg\, bis wir uns ostwärts auf in Richtung der Ruinen der Burg Rosenau machen. Nach einer kurzen Verschnaufpause geht es weiter hoch auf den Petersberg mit einem Blick auf umliegende Gipfel und das Siegtal. Letztlich bringt uns der Abstieg nach Oberdollendorf zurück zur Bahn und damit auf den Weg zurück nach Bonn. \nFür die Anreise treffen wir uns am 02.11. um 11:10 Uhr am Bonner Hauptbahnhof\, U-Bahn-Gleis U4. Von dort nehmen wir die Stadtbahnlinie 66 Richtung Bad Honnef. In Königswinter steigen wir an der Clemens-August-Straße um in die Buslinie 521. \nDenkt außerdem an Snacks\, Getränke und ggf. wetterfeste Kleidung. Bei allzu schlechtem Wetter verschieben wir die Wanderung um eine Woche auf Sonntag\, den 09.11. \n\n[EN] Lace up your sturdy shoes and grab your backpacks\, because on Sunday\, November 2\, it’s time to queer the nearby countryside again! This time\, we’ll make our way through the (hopefully) autumnal golden forests of the Siebengebirge. A bus will take us to Margarethenhöhe\, from where we will first walk around the Ölberg before heading east towards the ruins of Rosenau Castle. After a short break\, we will continue up to the Petersberg with a view of the surrounding peaks and the Siegtal valley. Finally\, the descent to Oberdollendorf will take us back to the train and thus on our way back to Bonn. \nTo get there\, we will meet at Bonn Central Station\, subway platform U4\, at 11:10 a.m. on November 2. From there\, we will take tram line 66 towards Bad Honnef. In Königswinter\, we will change to bus line 521 at Clemens-August-Straße. \nPlease also remember to bring snacks\, drinks\, and weatherproof clothing if necessary. Die Handlung um die Jugendlichen Owen und Maddy setzt in den 90er Jahren ein\, satt an Retro-Feeling\, und verschränkt das zunehmende Verschwimmen von Realität und Fiktion in ihrer Begeisterung für die Serie The Pink Opaque mit Fragen der Zugehörigkeit und Identität. \nDer Film wird im englischen Originalton mit deutschen Untertiteln gezeigt. No matter if you are a freshmanperson or already in your 10th semester\, everyone is welcome! \nWe are happy to invite you to our container for a glass of sparkling wine or a non-alcoholic drink. With music\, snacks and good conversation\, we hope to give you an easier start into the winter semester 2025/26. During the reception\, you’re welcome to check out our space\, but it’s also possible to hang out outside. There will be a pavilion and tables set up in front of the AStA.
