November um 18 Uhr zu einer Vollversammlung ein. Als die letzte Ende März im Sinne des Infektionsschutzes verschoben werden musste\, bestand noch Hoffnung auf eine spätere Versammlung in Präsenz. Da das aufgrund der aktuellen Lage nun wieder nicht verantwortbar ist und die Corona-Epidemie-Hochschulverordnung digitale Beschlüsse zulässt\, werden wir die Vollversammlung also über Zoom abhalten. Diese werden bei den autonomen Referaten nicht durch das Studierendenparlament\, sondern die jeweiligen Interessensgruppen – in unserem Fall queere Studierende – gewählt und erst im Anschluss im SP bestätigt. Am Abend werden sich also die Kandierenden unseres Teams vorstellen und ihr habt die Wahl! Eine Verifikation erfolgt über eure Uni-Mailadresse\, also stellt bitte sicher\, dass ihr Zugriff auf diese habt. \nWeiterhin dient die Vollversammlung als Meinungsbildungs- und Kontrollgremium. Diese Funktion möchten wir nun auch nutzen\, um ein Stimmungsbild zur Umbenennung unseres Referats einzuholen. Aktuell LBST* (bzw. ganz offiziell „LesBiSchwulen- und trans*-Referat“)\, bald vielleicht Queerreferat? Teilt eure Gedanken dazu am Abend oder auch vorab schon per Mail mit uns! \nDarüber hinaus stellen wir unsere Arbeit vor\, eröffnen einen Raum für Anregungen und Wünsche und möchten am Ende in kleineren Breakout Sessions noch eine Möglichkeit für Kennenlernen und Vernetzung bieten. \nAlle\, die noch neu an der Uni sind oder aus anderen Gründen noch nicht an einer unserer Veranstaltungen teilgenommen haben\, sind auch ausdrücklich willkommen! When the last one had to be postponed in line with measures to stop the spread of the coronavirus at the end of March\, there was still hope for a later meeting in attendance. In case of the autonomous departments\, these are not elected by the student parliament\, but by the respective interest groups – in our case queer students – and are only confirmed by the SP afterwards. Participants will need to verify their student status using their university e-mail address\, so please make sure you have access to it. \nAdditionally\, the general assembly serves as an opinion-forming and controlling body. We would like to use this function now to get an impression of your opinions on renaming our department. It’s currently „LBST*“ (or officially „LesBiSchwulen- und trans*-Referat“) but perhaps it will be „Queerreferat“ soon? Share your thoughts on this with us during the event or in advance by mail! \nWe will also introduce our work\, open a space for suggestions and wishes and at the end we would like to give you the opportunity to get to know each other and network in smaller breakout sessions. \nAll of you who are new at the university or for other reasons have not yet participated in one of our events are also very welcome!
